Collection: Koji Cultured Granola

Our delicious granola varieties are dehydrated, not baked, lightly sweetened, and oil-free.

We also koji culture our granola. We ferment our own koji in house and then make amazake porridge with it using organic gluten-free oats. Then we add it to the granola before dehydrating. This means the koji/amazake fermentation is in the granola.
