Luv Box LLC (Luv Tempeh) Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please review our FAQ before requesting a refund to help determine if there is a problem with your tempeh. We cannot be responsible for spoilage because the customer wasn't available to receive the package and didn’t store it properly upon arrival.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please email info@luvboxfoods.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
You must provide photo evidence of the issue (damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product).
Once your claim is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Timeline
If approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days, and funds will be credited to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
Opened or partially consumed products are non-refundable unless they arrived damaged.
Refunds are not granted for customer errors, such as ordering the wrong product or failing to store it properly upon arrival.
Replacements
Instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement product at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, contact us at info@luvboxfoods.com as soon as possible. We will make one last check here for any cancellations just before we start the shipping process.
